Rooted In Something Deeper

Our name comes from the truth found in Colossians 2:7 -

“having been firmly rooted and now being built up in Him and established in your faith, just as you were instructed, and overflowing with gratitude.”

That is what we hope Rooted Words becomes: a place where beautiful things point to something deeper—where creativity meets faith, strangers become community, prayers become praise, needs encounter generosity, words offer encouragement, and everything leads us back to Him.

Truth. Beauty. Purpose.

These words guide what we choose, what we create, and the community we hope to build.

Truth grounds us. Beauty helps us notice the goodness around us. Purpose encourages us to use what we have been given to bless others.

We do not know what every chapter of Rooted Words will look like, and perhaps that is fitting. This journey has required us to trust God with something we never expected to do. Our hope is to create a beautiful, meaningful place where faith and creativity meet, people feel welcome, encouragement is freely given, and what we purchase becomes a tool for something deeper.

Write the note. Say the prayer. Record the testimony. Give generously. Receive graciously. Create something beautiful. Encourage someone. Above all, stay rooted in Him.

WORDS WORTH KEEPING

We believe some words deserve more than a screen. They deserve to be written, held, tucked inside a Bible, pinned above a desk, mailed to a friend, saved in a journal, and read again years later.

That is why Rooted Words offers products that invite you to slow down, put pen to paper, spend time with God, create something meaningful, and connect with the people around you.

A journal can hold a prayer. A planner can help us steward our time. A postcard can remind someone they are loved. A devotional can lead us back to Scripture. A handwritten note can arrive on exactly the day it is needed—or preserve words of love and understanding as a lasting legacy.
