Rooted Words began with a love for beautiful paper, meaningful words, and the belief that something as simple as a handwritten note can make a difference in someone’s day.
But the vision quickly became much bigger than stationery.
Rooted Words is meant to be experienced.
It is a faith-centered community built around the idea that words have power—the words we write, the prayers we offer, the encouragement we give, and most importantly, the truth found in God’s Word.
Here you’ll find thoughtfully chosen journals, planners, specialty papers, pens, devotionals, Bible accessories, and beautiful things designed to encourage reflection, creativity, faith, and connection.
But what we sell is only part of our story.
Pray. Praise. Give. Receive.
These four words are at the heart of Rooted Words.
PRAY.
There are seasons when we need someone to stand beside us in prayer.
Rooted Words creates space to share those prayers and invites our community to pray for one another.
Write it down. Place it on the wall. Drop it in the post box.
Let someone carry that prayer with you.
“Therefore, confess your sins to one another and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The prayer of a righteous person has great power as it is working.”

PRAISE.
Answered prayers, unexpected blessings, restored relationships, new beginnings, quiet moments of grace - there should always be room to come back and say, “Look what the LORD has done!”
I will bless the LORD at all times; His praise shall continually be in my mouth. My soul will make its boast in the LORD; The humble will ear it and rejoice. Exalt the LORD with me, And let exalt His name together.

GIVE.
Request a list of needs you may be able to fill. Please note, these needs are not monetary. This may be a crib you have to fill a need. Maybe an accountability partner. Maybe just a pen pal. Whatever a person needs, if you’re open to giving your time or gently used items, please reach out. Everyone has something to give. Even if it’s just a friendly face.

RECEIVE.
Community isn’t only about being the giver. There will be seasons when we are the ones who need prayer, encouragement, kindness or help.
Rooted Words is a place where its okay to receive too.
And God is able to make all grace overflow to you, so that, always having all sufficiency in everything, you may have an abundance for every good deed.
